Instructions: 
– Clean and dry the application area 
– Take the patch from the package and remove the protective transparent film. 
– Before wearing a patch, stretch it in your hands, and then – fix it on your ears 
– Leave the patch under your chin for at least 4 hours. For best results, it is recommended to use the patch overnight, since its active ingredients have an effect of 8 hours
