Order processing and shipping are done only on weekdays (not including Republic of Korea, public holidays). 
Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather events. 
Address cannot be changed once order is paid, BEST BEAUTIP is not liable for wrong address in the invoice. 

 

1. How to track my order?

You'll receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. To track the status of your order, click the link attached in the shipping confirmation.

Or visit 'My Account' of our site and click 'Track Order'. And you can choose to receive information to your cell phone. (option) 

※ If you didn't enter your email, you can check your tracking number on only 'My Account'
You may track your order via 17track once your order has been shipped from our Warehouse. 

 

2. How much is shipping?

Shipping fee is free.

We offer a tracking number regardless of price. This shipping type is standard.

And we offer EMS service for free when total price is over $200.

If your order is less than $200 and you want EMS service you'll have to pay extra. But I don't recommend it. Cause it's so expensive. Despite all that, you want EMS service, please contact us

3.I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

-> Once you've placed your order, we are unable to make any changes or additions. Our systems are automated and changes may cause delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. We highly suggest that you review your shipping details before checking out. 

Changes are exceptionally possible if they are prior to delivery, but cannot be changed after delivery is started. Please contact us immediately after purchase.

For parcels undelivered due to an incorrect/invalid address, the courier may charge an additional cost for a change of address.

In the event that an incorrect address is indicated in the order and the package is delivered, BEST BEAUTIP will not be liable for any replacement or refund.

4.Can I upgrade my delivery methods afterward?

Once you've placed your order, we are unable to make any changes or additions. Our systems are automated and changes may cause delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. We highly suggest that you review your shipping details before checking out.

And if it’s possible to upgrade(EMS), you have to pay an additional charge.

The price depends on your country and the weight of the product(s).

5.What should I do if my order has not arrived?

First, check your tracking result on 17 track with your tracking number.

Second, in case delivery is delayed, you should check the (local) post office asap with the tracking number.

Third, It appears as Delivery Complete. Then first, you have to confirm your mail box( P.O Box). If there's no product there, you should check the (local) post office asap with the tracking number.


Fourth, customs clearance. If your order is delayed in customs, you have to check the customs using the tracking number.

Fifth, Return to sender. If your item is being returned to us, you have to wait until we receive your item(s). Cause the person in charge must confirm the reason for the return and status of the product.

If there's anything else, please contact us.

6.Can I change my delivery address in my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, we are unable to make any changes, additions or amendments. Our systems are automated and changes may cause delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. We highly suggest that you review your shipping details before checking out.

7.Will I get charged for a re-delivery?

Our courier doesn't charge for re-delivery. If you are not available to receive your order, you may contact our courier partner(Post Office) with your tracking number to arrange re-delivery at a suitable time.

In the event of multiple unsuccessful deliveries, your package will be returned to our warehouse in Korea. Please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance. In some case we can charge you for the return fee. e.g. insufficient address, Absence of addressee

 

8.What should I do if there's a delay in my delivery?

9.What happens if I'm not available to receive my package upon delivery?

If you're not available to receive your item, contact local post office to arrange re-delivery at a suitable time.

In the event of multiple unsuccessful deliveries, your package will be returned to our warehouse. Contact our Customer Service for further assistance.  In some case we can charge you for the return fee. e.g. insufficient address, Absence of addressee

10.Do you process orders during National Holidays?


Our store is closed during Korean National Holidays; your orders will be processed on the next working day.
