You'll receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. To track the status of your order, click the link attached in the shipping confirmation.

Or visit 'My Account' of our site and click 'Track Order'. And you can choose to receive information to your cell phone. (option) 

※ If you didn't enter your email, you can check your tracking number on only 'My Account'
You may track your order via 17track once your order has been shipped from our Warehouse. 

Shipping fee is free.

We offer a tracking number regardless of price. This shipping type is standard.

I want to use an EMS(Express Shipping) or Fedex Service

If your order is less than $150, but you want EMS(Express Shipping) service or Fedex Service. In this case, you have to pay an extra shipping fee. Some countries appear a price of the shipping fee automatically. But if not, please contact us and tell us your country. Then, our manager will reply to you.

Once you've placed your order, we are unable to make any changes or additions. Our systems are automated and changes may cause delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. We highly suggest that you review your shipping details before checking out. 

※ Changes are exceptionally possible if they are prior to delivery, but cannot be changed after delivery is started. Please contact us immediately after purchase.

For Parcels undelivered due to an incorrect/invalid address, the courier may charge an additional cost for a change of address. And if your order is returned to us for this reason, BEST BEAUTIP can request you a return fee. 

In the event that an incorrect address is indicated in the order and the package is delivered. BEST BEAUTIP will not be liable for any replacement or refund.
